Marilyn Flanagan, President, Treasurer / Secretary

Graduate of DePaul University with a BA in Music Therapy, and an MBA in Health Care and Human Resource Development from Rosary College, now Dominican University. She has been with RRAF since 1990 in various leadership roles. She became a surveyor for CARF, International in 2011 and, to-date has surveyed over 200 organizations in 35 states.

Jessica Vandermeir, Vice President

Customer Service Representative at Gerber Collision & Glass. Has two children, one with an IEP.
